Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:

Sammy had been living in a neighborhood as an outdoor cat, but came into PACC due to being matted and injured. When he first arrived, he was frightened and would hiss and growl at staff. Now when visitors appear at his kennel, He makes cute little "baby cat" meows at everyone! He likes to make new people friends and will even flop over to show off his belly (but don't touch it!) This little tiger is ready to move out of the wild and into your home.
