If you hear the name Boots and you immediately hear Flo Rida singing “boots with the fur” in your head, me too! And I guess Boots is kind of wearing built in boots with the fur… or at least the fur part. Here’s what one volunteer said about this handsome young boy:

“First time meeting Boots and what a delight he is! He’s a great walker, loves meeting people and is very treat- motivated. He’s very responsive to verbal direction ("off" and "sit"). While I was chatting with another volunteer from a distance, Boots sat down without any direction to wait politely until we continued walking. Really nice dog!”

During a brief stay in a home Boots was described as playful and reportedly did well with cats. Boots shares his kennel at the shelter and has been playful, social, and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Ask to meet Boots today!!
