Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Sriracha and Tabasco (brothers)

These two “spicy” orange kittens were born feral and trapped by a member of the public and brought to JAR. They are about 6 months old (est DOB 10/31/23) and, due to their late introduction to humans, quite shy. Tabasco and Sriracha have made great progress in foster homes, and still need a family with lots of patience. They both will interact with humans by playing with toys and eating canned food off fingers (a great trick for associating humans with good things!), but they are afraid of being picked up and don’t yet seek out petting. We are looking for a special home that will understand their hesitation with humans and be very patient in earning their trust. If you have a relatively quiet home and time to win over these two boys, we know you will be rewarded with two handsome and appreciative companions! If you think you are the right home to love our “hot sauce kittens”, give us a call today!

Animal visitation is available every day except Tuesday, from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm. Closed Sundays.
