Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Zuffy is a quiet and shy girl who doesn’t understand why she is here in the shelter. It takes a few minutes for her to warm up, but soft gentle pets along her side and gentle booty scratchies let her know you’re a friend. She is very much a “pocket pittie” with a petite stature and walks amazing on leash with no pulling. Zuffy is likely housetrained as she keeps her kennel clean and goes potty as soon as she gets outside.

Chipped but the chip is not registered, please register your microchip everyone!

Sounds like Zuffy has really overcome her initial shyness. She was very friendly with me…she’s got a great smile which warms your heart. Zuffy walks well on leash, so if you’re looking for an arm workout, she’s not your girl. Zuffy LOVES squeaky toys and will bring it to you and drop it so you can continue to play. “The squeakier the toy, the happier the dog” is her motto. She also became afflicted with “helium butt” where the toy is so good, that you put your butt in the air. Zuffy is also a smart cookie and will gladly sit and lay down for a snackie. She’s got beautiful marking with her merle coloring on her body and around her one eye.
