Today I: went on an adventure with my new friends. I was very excited but still a little bit unsure about the car. My friend helped me to got in the car and I was so excited for my car ride after that. Then we took a long walk in the park and sniffed a lot of things!

I saw a lot of interesting things - I liked to watch other dogs playing in the dog park, I also saw walkers, bikers, cars passing us. Well, it still scared me a little bit when the biker came too close or too fast towards me. But as long as I smelt my yummy treats or saw my squeaky toy, I forgot everything.
Besides, I saw lizards, kitties and smaller dogs, they are so funny! But still, my treats and my toy are the best!
When I was walking, I would like to see what my friends are doing and give them kisses when we stop for a rest.
On our way back, I was tired and rested quietly in the back seat!
My friends told me I’m THE BEST GIRL!

Three Words to Describe Me are: Affectionate, Gentle, Fun
Notes from My Walker: Beyonce is a very good girl. She is affectionate, gentle and very fun to watch and play with. She came to us very excited and let us leash and harness her without any problem. She was a little bit unsure about the car at the beginning, but she let us lift her into the car. Once in the car, she is a little wiggly so we gave her some extra protection to make sure she was safe.

When we were in the park, she generally walked very well on leash and was a good loose leash walker. She checked in frequently with us! She encountered walkers, joggers, bikers, cars when we were walking. She only showed a little fear when the biker comes too close or too fast to us, and was easy to be redirected with treats or squeaky toy. Otherwise, she was super polite.

She didn’t show any reactivity or barrier frustration with liked sized dogs in the dog park or on leash, and she can become a little bit over-excited with smaller dogs. But similarly, she was easy to be distracted with treats and squeaky toys.
When we stopped for a rest, she was super affectionate, gave us kisses, rolled on her back and played with her squeaky toy quite relaxed. Watching her play is so much fun!
On our way back, she settled down in the car quickly, lied down in the car and was very nice and quite.
She is THE BEST girl! She deserves to be out of the shelter, have someone to love and to be loved by someone!
