Hello! Like many dogs in NC, I am currently heartworm positive. OCAS will be helping by beginning my treatment but you'll need to follow up with your veterinarian! During treatment I will be on an oral medication and will need to get a topical solution monthly until I have a Negative Heartworm Test. If you have any questions about this please ask to speak with a member of the medical staff.

I have been at the shelter since May 13, 2024.

*LORETTA
(A234416)
I appear to be a spayed female, black brindle, Plott Hound who is estimated to be 1 year, 8 months old. Shelter staff named me Loretta.

I have been at the shelter since May 11, 2024.
