I am a spayed female, blue and white Pit Bull Terrier.

I weigh approximately 76.00 lbs.

The shelter staff think I am about 6 years old.

I have been at the shelter since Feb 03, 2024 and am ready to go home today!

Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:

Penelope is a happy house hippo who was brought to PACC by an animal protection officer. She’s an affectionate, wiggly middle- ager who would love to find a home where she can soak up the affection of her family and spend some time couch potato-ing. Here’s what one volunteer said about her:

“I had Penelope and her kennel mate in the yard today. She is a sweet girl! She explored the yard a little bit and spent most of her time checking in with me for love. She accepted pets all over and sought affection.”

Penelope shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been tolerant and independent when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Ask to meet Penelope today!
