Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Hippo is a squatty- bodied senior sir who loves everyone he meets! This sweet guy is always excited to make new human friends and is a social, likable kind of guy. He spent a couple of days at the offsite location of PACC’s rescue partner, Tucson Rescue Now, and was well-behaved and a perfect gentleman:

“He enjoys his walks and really likes butt scritches, he’ll let you know if you stop scratching that he’s still wanting more!” – TRN volunteer

Hippo is an old man with some typical old man aches and pains, so is looking for a quiet, relaxing retirement home where he can enjoy his golden years. He’s done well sharing his kennel with another PACC pup and was social, easygoing and even a bit playful when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Please ask about this sweet senior today!!
