I am a neutered male, tan and white Labrador Retriever.

I weigh approximately 58.00 lbs.

The shelter staff think I am about 5 years old.

I have been at the shelter since Dec 22, 2021 and am ready to go home today!

I am currently in foster care but am available for adoption! If you are interested in adopting me, please email PACC.AdoptAFoster@pima.gov.

Meet Tony, a true survivor with a heart of gold, who's been on a journey of resilience since 2021. Despite his challenges, Tony's spirit shines bright, and he's still searching for his perfect forever home.

Tony's story began with fear and paralysis, but with the help of our dedicated team, he's made remarkable progress. While he still relies on a wheelchair for mobility, Tony has grown incredibly strong during his time in foster care. From being unable to use his back legs at all to balancing on all fours at certain times, his determination knows no bounds.

Described as a homebody, Tony thrives on routine and loves nothing more than being with his people in a calm and quiet environment. Though he may need time to adjust to a new home, his youthful spirit shines through, reminding us all of the joy that comes with resilience and perseverance.

Tony is happiest as the only dog in the household and would benefit from someone who understands his needs and can guide him with patience and love. So, if you're ready to open your heart to a special soul like Tony, come meet him today. With your support, Tony can continue his journey with the love and care he truly deserves.
