We all know that Superman was faster than a speeding bullet, and while that saying was probably not about our Bullet, it's still true. Superman is most definitely faster. Bullet is pretty spry for a big (and older) guy, but his potato shape isn't very aerodynamic, and he doesn't get anywhere close to the 1,800 miles per hour that a real bullet travels. Ballpark? We think our Bullet probably tops out at three or four miles per hour. In short spurts. However, Bullet would like to be propelled from the shelter system and into a forever home at the speed of an actual bullet. Get a soft landing place ready for this big buddy!!

Bullet is a sleek 80 pounds of perfect bulldog-y goodness. Low center of gravity, smushy face, and goofy attitude- he's got it all. A dash of typical bulldog stubbornness and a whole lot of personality and you have the perfect recipe for your new best friend. Bullet has a reputation for taking his stuffed animals everywhere he goes, and at any given time you can find about twenty stuffies in his kennel. He's always got one with him, even when he's out on walks with his volunteer pals.

Bullet has gotten used to the routine of daily life in the shelter, but it's time for him to shake things up and find a forever home of his own. We suspect this portly pooch would love a home with lots of soft spots to nap and plenty of down time to snooze. And obviously one with plenty of stuffed toys to keep him company! At his age, he may technically be a senior, but Bullet still has plenty of get up and go!

When meeting other dogs in playgroup, Bullet was appropriate, easygoing and playful. He has shared his kennel with other pups at times and has seemed to enjoy the company. He'd like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it's a good fit.

Bullet would love a home that can provide him with tons of toys and tons of love. In return, you get tons of fun personality in a perfect rotund package. Ask to meet Bullet today!
