Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:

This isn't Alec's first stay at PACC, as he found himself here last summer!. He's not super happy to be back, but he's making the most of the situation. Volunteers say he's easy to leash and is working on his nice walking manners. Alec LOVES playing in the pool and gets so excited that he zoomies all around the play yard. He also enjoys chicken and takes treats gently. In playgroup with the other PACC dogs, Alec was a little bit awkward, so he needs to meet any resident pets before going home. Staff described him as a sweet and very affectionate fella. Alec will need a patient adopter who will takes things slow and understand that he'll need time to warm up to someone new. Alec would do best in a quiet home, and would probably do best in a home with no kids and without a lot of visitors. Alec is well on his way to being a VGB (that's Very Good Boy,) he just needs the perfect person to help him get all the way there. If you'd like to meet Alec, make an appointment today.
