About: This is Bongo a handsome rich black and white boy looking to find his FUR-EVER home. Bongo will need to find placement with a foster or an adopter before 3pm on Sunday April 14, 2024.

Bongo needs a second chance at life, Bongo came to the shelter with a group of dogs that were out at large and unfortunately it resulted in a small dog being fatally injured and someone being bitten by one of the dogs from the pack. Bongo will not be able to be adopted with the other dogs he came in with and cannot live in a home with small animals.

When Bongo got to the shelter, he was nervous but friendly, he can be stubborn when out on a walk, he wants to smell everything, He did get to meet other dogs in a playgroup, he gave appropriate corrections when he wanted space, he mostly just kept to himself and explored the yard.
