Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
As Dwight Schrute once said, "All you need is love? False. The four basic human necessities are air, water, food and shelter.” While he’s technically right, you do also need love- the love of a good dog that is! And don’t worry, our Dwight is way more fun than his namesake- though we haven’t asked him how he feels about beets. Anyway…

Dwight and another furry friend were found by a kind person who took them in for a couple of days before bringing them to the shelter. They said that Dwight was very affectionate and seemed to really love people. He was a bit nervous when he first arrived at PACC but has really started to open up. Here’s what one volunteer said:

“Wow, talk about a glow-up! Dwight went from being a nervous, timid guy, to a totally outgoing, friendly, snuggly, playful dude! I had Dwight and his kennelmate out in a play yard and Dwight was a super affectionate goofball! He came to me when called and leaned into me for lots of pets, allowing touch all over his body, including his head, neck, and ears. He has really come out of his shell and is showing off the wonderful pup he really is!”

Dwight shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Ask to meet Dwight today!!
