Alfie is a handsome young boy looking for a home where he can learn all his important doggy skills. This friendly fellow is young, smart, and eager to please! Here’s what one volunteer said:

“Today we took Alfie and his kennelmate to the play yard. They are still getting used to walking on leash, but they followed a treat trail and once in the yard they explored and sniffed. They were very focused on treats, made good eye contact, and took treats very gently. They stayed close to us but did go off on their own a bit too. Alfie came and solicited pets, leaned in for petting, was very cuddly, and gave good kisses. Both are very nice, sweet, friendly, and wonderful dogs who already have a volunteer fan club!”

Alfie shares his kennel and has been social and playful when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Ask to meet Alfie today!!
