Simba is a handsome fluffy boy whose former people described him as friendly and playful. He did well with kids as young as four in his former home and with small dogs. Simba spent several weeks in a foster home- here’s what we learned:

- Simba is housebroken.
- Soft toys are his favorite; he likes to throw them in the air and chase them.
- He is wonderful on walks and does best with a harness.
- He is loving and affectionate; he will cuddle up to you for petting and is a sucker for a head massage.
- He is very friendly and energetic.

Simba will benefit from crate training in his future home and would love to find a home with a secure yard where his people are able to be with him often. Here’s what his volunteer friends have said:

“Today I spent time with Simba in a play yard. He would come over when called and stayed by my side for pets. He and his kennelmate play nicely together. Simba is a really nice dog.”

“Simba is a very nice dog who is comfortable with physical touch and handles nicely. He was quite eager to get out and was a great walker who explores in a relaxed manner.”

Simba has been playful, social, and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Ask to meet Simba today!!
