Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Rosie is an extremely sweet girl who just wants to be loved! Anytime you enter her kennel, she heads right over to lean in for cuddles and snugs. This cuddle bug initially came to the shelter as a stray and really deserves to have a family and a forever home of her own. During a short stay in an adoptive home Rosie was housebroken and was well behaved when left home alone. Her people said that she’s a big old couch potato! In another home Rosie was again housebroken and was described as an affectionate and smart girl who knows tricks and likes car rides.

Here’s what some of Rosie’s friends at the shelter have said:

“It was my first time taking Rosie out for a walk. She walked very nicely with very little pulling. She sits and takes treats very nicely and was easy to handle all around.”

“Rosie took a treat nicely from my hand and approached me calmly in her kennel. She was easy to leash and once her leash was on, she went to the kennel door and sat down, looking up at me politely. She was a gentle walker. I crouched down and she leaned against me and put her head under my arm while I gave her lots of pets. Very affectionate, sweet dog.”

Rosie would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Ask about this sweet, snuggly gal today!!
