Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Everyone loves a champion… how about a Champ?? This good- looking boy lived in one home his entire life before coming to PACC. He did well with children in that home, was housebroken, and was described as a playful, affectionate boy with a couch potato side to him. He loves toys, car rides and swimming. Here’s what volunteers have said about this pup with the winning personality:

“Champ was easy to leash and leave the kennel area with. He was a very nice walking buddy and walked with a loose leash. He took treats nicely from my hand, worked in his sit, and was a great pup all around.”

“Champ was excited but easy to leash in his kennel. We went to a yard along with his kennelmate. He was very social, accepting pets all over his body. He also shared affection well with his kennelmate.”

“I’ve become really fond of Champ- he has such a great personality. He’s very affectionate and absolutely loves to be snuggled. I often take him to a play yard and he is just the sweetest. He explores a bit, but always makes his way back for cuddles and kisses. Someone will be so lucky to have this boy in their lives!!”

Champ lived with another dog in his prior home and would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. He’s looking for a home with a secure yard and a family who will not leave him outdoors alone for long periods of time. Ask to meet Champ today!!
