Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Luna is a beautiful chunky monkey who needs and deserves some stability in her life. She originally came to PACC in 2023 after spending three years in a home. She was kept outdoors and was not kept safe and secure, so she found herself on a few adventures in the neighborhood. She found another home but has returned to the shelter once again after having been found as a stray. Luna is hoping to find a family who allow her indoors to be by their side and a safe home where she’ll be set up for success.

This happy hippo is extremely friendly, walks great on leash, and is destined to be someone’s perfect couch cuddly buddy. Here’s what volunteers have said about her:

“Luna is super sweet and cute. She sat pretty for me to leash her up and she knows sit and watch me very well. She also takes treats nicely. We had a great walk.”

“Luna walked nicely on leash. We walked across the road to the park and practiced “sit” and “look”, which she learned quickly. She is a very sweet and attentive dog and a great walker with good focus on her handler.”

Luna has kept to herself when meeting other dogs in playgroup and would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Ask to meet Luna today!!
