My name is BLUEJAY*.

I am a neutered male, blue and white Pit Bull Terrier mix.

I weigh approximately 51.50 lbs.

The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 2 months old.

I have been at the shelter since Mar 29, 2023 and am ready to go home today!

I am currently in foster care but am available for adoption! If you are interested in adopting me, please email PACC.AdoptAFoster@pima.gov.

The blue jay is one of the most majestic and striking birds in North America. Well, our Bluejay is one of the most majestic and striking dogs in all of Tucson! Like the bird he’s named after, Bluejay is a beautiful blue gray boy who is looking to spread his wings and fly away from the shelter today! Bluejay is just a baby at around a year old and should be with a family, getting plenty of playtime and snuggles. During a brief adoption he did great with another resident dog and his adopter said that he loves to cuddle and give kisses. When meeting other dogs in playgroup Bluejay was playful and social. He can be a bit of a pushy puppy, so he’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Help Bluejay take flight today!
