Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Bluebell is a pretty pup who has been bounced around a bit in her young life. She lived with her owner from puppyhood until earlier this year. Her owner left the state and Bluebell stayed with family, and was reportedly housebroken in that home. Ultimately she found herself at PACC, and this sensitive girl really needs to find her forever home. Bluebell can be timid at times, and needs a family who will be patient with her, allow her to settle into a new environment, and work with her on training and confidence building. When meeting other dogs in PACC playgroup, she wasn’t all that interested in the other dogs, and preferred to stay near the handlers in the yard. Bluebell is a special girl who deserves some stability in her life. Ask about her today!
