Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
King is the most adorable pup. It’s probably hard to tell in pictures, but he’s a light brown merle color with warm hazel eyes. His adorable black nose has two bright pink spots on it. He seems younger than the age that they’ve listed him as, but he also might be more mature and confident in a home setting, outside of the scary shelter. He’s shy in his kennel, but not barky, just hesitant about the big scary world around him. He isn’t shy at all with new people though, and he was happy to see me and greeted me with wiggly body language and a full grin. He wasn’t interested in a walk, just hanging out with me and cuddles and treats. King got to meet two visitors who were coming in to look for a dog to adopt, and he wasn’t shy with them either, he was happy to get pets and took treats gently from them. Unfortunately King can’t be adopted by residents of PG County, so all of his wiggles were wasted on his new friends and I had to take him back to his kennel. If you are a resident of a county other than Prince George’s, go meet my friend King and once you do, you’ll want to take him home!
