Chavo is a senior pitbull who was brought to the shelter because his owner had to go to assisted living and there weren’t any family members available to take him in. They said he was supposed to be good with adults but didn’t have much experience around children, was okay around other dogs but didn’t have experience with other pets, and is mostly housebroken so long as he is walked regularly.
Since he is now with us, we’ll make sure he is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on necessary vaccinations before going to a new home. So all he needs now is the perfect person to give him a second chance.
