Oddie... a sweet boy who is yet another who finds himself here after his beloved owner passed and he was left with no one to care for him. A concerned neighbor contacted ICAS when they realized the person who was left to care for him, never came. Oddie is 2 years old and as you can see he is currently presenting with a skin infection for which he is being treated and is already making improvements! He did great for his bath and although he is slightly overweight, we think it adds to his fervent charm! Oddie is a sweet natured dog with a good temperament and he loves to walk!
