Chanca is a bit frightened in the shelter environment, making him appear shy at first. BUT just give this cute little heeler a few minutes, and you will experience a snuggly, loveable, bundle of joy! Chanca is exuberant and affectionate. Like most canines of his breed, he appears ready to swear absolute loyalty and devotion to his new forever family. It was noted by the owner, who was forced to surrender him, that Chanca is friendly with people and dogs. Who knows, perhaps he could be the perfect companion for your friendly dog.
