Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Meet Lila Rose, a mature, well behaved, young adult dog with a spirit as vibrant as her name. She is around 2 years old, and about 49lbs. Lila Rose is always ready for her next adventure, whether it's a walk or a playful game of fetch (with toys, not tennis balls) her enthusiasm is contagious. Lila Rose is strong, but she walks very well on a leash. She’s treat motivated, smart, eager to learn, and has already mastered “sit” and “shake” and takes treats gently. She especially loves sitting right on your feet! With the right guidance & training, she has the potential to be an amazing pet.

She's also incredibly loyal, ready to protect you and stand by your side through thick and thin. Lila Rose prefers to be the star of the show, as she can be a picky about other furry friends that she hangs out with. Her selective nature with other dogs only proves her discerning taste. A meet and greet would be highly recommended to ensure a good fit. Adopt Lila Rose and let the journey begin. Her energy and loyalty will brighten up your home. She is spayed and ready to go home today!

A note from Lila Rose herself:
P.S. I’ve actually been at the shelter since September 20th. I was adopted for just 2 days, but I was anxious and didn’t have much of an appetitive in those 2 days so sadly, I was returned. No fault of my own. Just needed a little more time to get comfortable and feel safe.

P.S.S. I keep my kennel clean and I’m on potty brigade at the shelter, which means I’m most likely already house trained. :)
