Penelope is a lovely 2-year-old small mixed-breed girl. Penelope is the sweetest little girl! She is super smart and just wants to please. Her absolute favorite activity is to curl up as close to her human as possible! She walks just fine on a leash and is learning a routine very quickly. She is a wonderful, devoted companion dog!

Penelope’s adoption fee is $200 as she is a SHELTER HERO!!! This means that 100% of her higher adoption fee is used to offset the cost of caring for the other animals at the shelter.
