Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
We would like to introduce you to a beautiful cat named Victoria. This girl has a stunning long-haired coat, and lovely black and white coloring. Her journey with our shelter started back in 2019 when she transferred in from another organization, was adopted and now recently returned. She was absolutely well loved and cared for, but sadly seems she just never adjusted to the other cats in the home the last few years, and is chronically stressed out. Behavior meds and keeping her separate were just not working for her. Victoria would prefer to be the only cat in her future home, and we are hoping that we can find someone to open their heart and home to this special lady!

Some things to know about Victoria: She is listed at 8 years old, but her previous medical paperwork is a bit conflicting regarding that, and she could be older. She has had bloodwork and testing that shows no obvious age-related issues/diseases. She can be a tempermental lady and often needs her space, but when she wants to cuddle, she will let you know! She absolutely loves treats and will sit and glare at you until you comply and get the bag. She can be rattled by loud or sudden noises and movements.

This regal princess is hoping that you will come meet her, and provide her with the safe, quiet and comfortable home that she deserves!

Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12 pm and 2 pm -6 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 822. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.

Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 21 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
