Was lost with a blue collar on and a tag with his name and my number. One of the HOA’s in my neighborhood, came knocking on my door the other day talking about some “if your cat is outside & not on a leash, than it will be taken to the pound.” My cat has been missing for almost a week now I've looked at ever shelter website I've thought of and nothing.
