Hulk and I have spent quite a bit of time together now and I can't believe he's still in the shelter. He is such a playful, thoughtful, trustworthy boy every time I take him out, whether it's on the leash or in the play yard. Each time we play together, he becomes more trusting. This time he let me sit next to him and hug him. I got a wonderful sloppy kiss in return! He seems to be a very clean dog who always keeps his white paws spotless. This is Cappie and he decided we should switch things up and do Teeth Out Tuesday instead of Tongue Out Tuesday. We agree, and also think he gets an A++ for the best smile, too! He showed up at BAS as a stray a couple of weeks ago, very thin and emaciated (due to pesky intestinal parasites), but friendly and as sweet as could be. We're making sure this handsome boy is getting plenty of good food so he can fill out to a healthy weight soon. He seems to do very well in a crate. Knows how to sit, lay down and wait. He likes to bite the leash but just out of boredom I think, he shouldn't take too long to drop that habit, he seems very intelligent. Had no reaction to hearing my dogs barking, although I did not introduce him to dogs or cats so I can't comment on that. He was so sweet, loves toys (especially soft ones) and seems to be a snuggler. Tank is a joy to have. He is very loving and when not showing his age (15 years), he acts like a pup when he plays. He plays with his toys on his own or when someone else wants to play tug of war with him. He loves to eat and sleep and loves getting treats. He dislikes other pets and animals in general so this means he would have to be the only pet in the home. Tank loves going on outings and for car rides as well. He does quite well in a car. He is fully housebroken and does very well when walking him on a leash.

Meet Butch, a 5 year old boy who is has been waiting patiently to get adopted. The only thing he requires is some balls and toys. Butch LOVES balls and toys, so make sure you have an ample supply! Butch is a really nice, friendly boy who likes people (children included!), but would probably do best as the only four-legged member of the family.
