Jack is a fun, curious cat. He likes to play with different toys and loves to sit watching out the windows! He likes to be brushed, which is great because he does have long hair. Here, Jack has been social and friendly with everyone who visits; however in his previous home he was reported to be a bit standoffish at first until he decides to greet visitors. He has been an only pet; he might be okay living with another low key pet at home, but would also love to have all the attention to himself. Jack has hyperthyroidism-bu... Myers came to us from an outdoor cat colony, and is still in need of socialization. We have seen him make progress here at the shelter, and feel confident that his personality will come out once he finds the right home. Myers is looking for more of a quiet household and to go home to someone with a lot of patience while he builds his confidence.
Myers is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been neutered, microchipped and been seen by our vet team.

Harpo is a friendly 5 month old kitten from a home with quite a lot of kitties. He is social and enjoys meeting new people. Harpo recently tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV). FeLV can cause a compromised immune system in cats and it can be spread to other cats through close contact. Harpo will need to be the only cat in his new home and his family will have to feel comfortable working with their veterinarian to get the best care for Harpo.
