Madeline was adopted but returned because she was too shy. She has had a bit of difficult time adjusting to life in the shelter with its sounds and smells. Madeline can often be found curled up in her bed but with some soft talk, she will open up for head and cheek pets with a back scratcher and, with time, gentle head pets with your hand. Our staff and volunteers have been working hard to socialize Poppy, and they've made great progress. Bluebell flew to New England on a transport from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. Bluebell is very playful, she loves chasing stuffed mice and bringing them to you, she will loudly cry for your attention to show you her catch! This sweet older lady was very loved by her person, who unfortunately passed away. She is now ready to find her retirement home. She does have some skin allergies that will need to be managed for a bit, but other than that she is very easy going! She would do best in an adult only, quiet home.
