Madeline was adopted but returned because she was too shy. She has had a bit of difficult time adjusting to life in the shelter with its sounds and smells. Madeline can often be found curled up in her bed but with some soft talk, she will open up for head and cheek pets with a back scratcher and, with time, gentle head pets with your hand.
