|MUTLEY - ID#A084737|
My name is MUTLEY.
I am a neutered male, gray and blue merle Catahoula Leopard Hound and Australian Cattle Dog.
The shelter staff think I am about 7 years old.
I have been at the shelter since Oct 15, 2018.

Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Mutley is, well a 'medley' of many breeds, absolutely unique in looks and personality. He obviously had a home before and he misses it terribly, which at this point shows by him trying to get out of the fence any which way he can, to go back home.
This only proves how loyal he is; all he needs is a family to provide him with a safe environment, inside at first for sure, and if and when outside, a secure fence ,even when someone is outside with him.
He is friendly and smart, and once he learns that he has a new loving home, he will not want to leave anymore, but be as loyal to his now family, as he is to his former one.
He loves toys, water and just having fun. He was friends with the other dogs in the household, but it takes him a bit of time to accept new dogs. Cats are not exaclty his favorite playmates, but people certainly are.
Mutley was surrendered because he got bored and decided that pots and plants are fun to turn upside down and chewing on the side of the house was entertaining as well.
But, if you provide him a safe environment, he will be just fine. :)
