Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Meet Tiny, a silly young female Pit Bull Terrier. At just under 50 pounds, she's the ideal size for an adventure companion. Tiny came to us after having experienced the trauma of being stabbed. She is all healed now physically, but still has some emotional scars that present as fear with meeting new people at times, mostly men. Sudden noises and movements can give her a little startle, but once she knows there is no threat, it doesn't take her long to show off her wiggles! Tiny can be a quirky little egg in an amusing way; she’s convinced things like the dishwasher, statues and wind chimes embody non-worldly beings not to be messed with, and often the urge for zoomies strikes out of thin air and is more than her funny brain can contain. Tiny absolutely loves her toys and will happily entertain herself with balls and stuffies. She especially loves her chew bones, so much that she isn't always happy to have them taken away when she is fully engaged with them, but she will happily trade them for a treat. Because of this she will do best in an adult home or with older, respectful children. She has been a dream in ongoing overnight foster outings, and appears to be very house-trained, no potty accidents, destructive behavior or barking. She is definitely an indoor, house dog who is happiest on the sofa and sleeping on the bed with her humans. In the shelter, she has not yet been fully tested with other dogs, however she has done very well with another large breed dog in her foster home. Still, as with any dog meeting a new friend, slow introductions and monitoring are needed until they are comfortable together. Cats are a little too interesting to Tiny, so she does need a cat-free home. Adopt Tiny and we promise your life be filled with love, laughs and playfulness! Please feel free to email Tiny's foster humans for more information, s.sax@live.com, or ingridc@saccounty.gov.

Tiny recently met a social male dog at our shelter. .  Here's a video of their interaction.
