Saber is a goofy, silly young boy with a playful personality and a cute crooked snoot. His lopsided grin and adorable underbite are endearingly lovable, but it’s his affable disposition that will really win you over!! Saber is always happy, bouncy, and ready to head out on an adventure! Whether it’s a long walk in the park or a play date with other shelter dogs, Saber is always eagerly waiting at his kennel door and up for anything. Here’s what some of his volunteer friends have said about him: “I love Saber- he’s so easygoing and fun, and so great with other dogs. I enjoy spending time with him and think he’ll make a family very happy. He’d make a great hiking buddy (or couch buddy), and I’m sure would love a playful pal to wrestle with. He’s really just a big silly boy and so lovable!” "Saber is a big, sweet, goofball! This boy is a gentle giant. His crooked little smile and snaggletooth always make me laugh. He's a good walker and is attentive to commands. He does a nice sit, and loves his well deserved treats! Overall Saber seems like such a dream, and his good personality perfectly matches his goofy lovable smile!" “Saber had a BLAST in the yard today with two other shelter pups. Saber has met both of them previously in small play groups, but it had been a while so they first reintroduced themselves. Saber was so consistent and patient in the yard, he truly is a gem of a dog. He and one of the other dogs roughhoused for a solid 20 minutes straight and Saber was amazing. This boy is so sweet and so dog friendly!!” Saber spent several months in a foster home where he did well with all people, including kiddos. He also did great with other dogs and enjoyed sleeping near his foster person at night. He loves squeaky toys and was described as a friendly, cuddly couch potato. Saber first came to PACC as a stray and has been nothing but friendly since his arrival. He’s very smart and definitely has an adventurous spirit, so a secure yard is a must! Saber has shared his kennel and has been easygoing and playful when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He loves a good game of chase and has wrestling moves that belong in the WWE! One request- no cats please! Ask to meet Saber today! |
