Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Frodo is a 2 year old good boy. He's more like a Samwise Gamgee than a Frodo because he just wants to be your companion on whatever adventure may arise. He has perfected the cute puppy eyes and would probably even share his treats/lembas with you. He promises to help you carry the ring to Mordor if that is the path you choose. Frodo's nemeses are cats, so he should not be in a home with felines.
