This pup's foster family reports -

Puck!! This little mini-fellow is an absolute DREAM! He’s the perfect in and around town sidekick. Truly! You could take him with you anywhere. We’ve yet to meet a stranger. He’s incredibly sweet and has an outgoing personality. Super loving and a professional cuddle-bug. Seriously, he absolutely loves cuddles from everyone and everything! His temperament is amazing!

Some great qualities about this happy-go-lucky little bundle of 10-month-old JOY:
• Loves everyone
• Loves other dogs
• Sweet and patient temperament
• Potty trained
• Walks well on leash
• Not bothered by cars or bikes
• Storms and loud noises don’t bother him
• Does not chase squirrels or other small animals we encounter on walks
• Not loud or super vocal
• Loves playing with toys and will let you take things directly from him
• Shows zero aggression
• Sleeps throughout the night in crate
• Good in the car
• Not afraid of stairs
He’s done wonderfully with the kids we’ve encountered on our walks. Most have been eight years old or older, but he’d also probably do fine with younger kids. He’s still got some puppy in him, so it would just be watching his jumpy energy level.

He sleeps in the crate, without issue, next to my bed at night. Also, he will occasionally sleep near me during the day on a dog bed while I work. We are currently working on crate training while I’m out of the house. He’s still working to be completely comfortable with me being gone, but that’s more from being in the shelter for a little while and now in a brand new unfamiliar place. He’s not shy or anxious, just wants to know I’m coming back. Puck has really had a smooth transition into my routine and my senior dog took an immediate liking to him and vice versa.

He knows sit quite well. We’ve also been practicing wait and all four paws on the floor. He’s picking up on these things very quickly. Puck is doing really well with them! He will just need his family to keep up with his basic training. Same with any pup. He loves learning new things. He’s also still young and keeping his brain busy helps prevent him getting into things.

Don’t pass on this guy! Seriously! He’d be a wonderful addition to anyone’s family. He will easily transition into multiple situations; e.g., I’m in a condo. He’s so loving and so trusting. An incredible boy! I mean, he has awesome tiger stripes!!!
