Selena's Foster Reports:
"My foster dog Selena (AKA Lucy) is the sweetest little cuddle bug). She is so good with new people, definitely not a guard dog. She might bark if she hears someone outside, but once inside she will greet new people happily. She’s pretty great with her foster brother who is a large 85 lb golden doodle/german shepherd mix. She loves to play a little rough and would need a good matched dog. Although she gets a bit excited seeing people, she is slowly learning to calm down and not jump. She LOVES playing with toys and long walks. She is very food motivated. She is fearless (unafraid of vacuum cleaners, fireworks and thunder), trusting (lets me touch her feet, carry her) and loving (always willing to lick your face). She’s likes to jump on the couch with you and lay in your lap for cuddles. She will nap in my lap while I study/read/watch tv. She has the perfect amount of energy, can be satisfied with chill days as long as you take her out on a little walk with once a day. Before she began heartworm treatment she showed a lot of energy and would probably enjoy more outings and adventures."
