Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Syd is a sweet, gentle girl who came to the shelter with her sister Chanella. These gals are a bit overwhelmed in the noisy shelter and take comfort from each other. They can usually be found snuggled up together on their bed like a puppy pretzel. Here’s what one volunteer said about them:

“I met Chanella and Syd for the first time today. They were curled up together on their bed. I leashed both dogs easily and while we walked, they liked to stay right next to each other. If they got even a few feet apart, Chanella would constantly look around to see where Syd was and keep an eye on her. These two seem like they have lived together for some time and take comfort in each other. They walked nicely together, some slight pulling at times, but neither was reactive or jumpy. I think they are nice dogs just a bit scared and overwhelmed in the shelter.”

Syd has been social and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Please ask to meet her today!
