Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Nants ingonyama bagithi baba! Our Simba may not be a lion cub with a royal destiny, but we still thing he deserves the royal treatment in his future home! Here’s what one volunteer said about him:

“I met Simba for the first time today and he is a total snugglebug! In the play yard, he was super focused on getting in as many snuggles as possible! At one point he climbed up on the bench in the yard to sit next to me and rest his head on my shoulder for ear scritches.”

There you have it- if you’re looking for a sweet friend to cuddle with, Simba is your boy!! When meeting other dogs in playgroup Simba was social and tolerant. Overall he was independent and enjoyed sticking by the humans in the yard. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Please ask to meet Simba today!!
