Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Luna Lin is a lovely middle-aged house hippo who has found herself in the shelter after spending her whole life in one home. She reportedly did well with kids and with other dogs in her former home and was housebroken. Luna’s people described her a as very good girl and said that she’s affectionate, loves toys, and likes to go hiking. Here’s what volunteers at the shelter have said:

“Luna is friendly and very people oriented. She came when called and knows sit. She`s an overall friendly, happy, waggy girl. She has the most stunning brindle coat and is so soft!”

“Luna is a sweet and playful girl who`s easy to handle. She loves to give me welcome hugs as soon as I enter the kennel but settles down quickly. She is attentive, and responds to my verbal cues.”

Luna recently headed out on a field trip away from the shelter and was described as intelligent, active, and the sweetest girl EVER!

“She loved peeking her head out of the car window! She knows how to sit and she loves treats.”

Luna shares her kennel with another PACC pup and was social and playful when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Ask to meet Luna today!!
