Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Cosmo is a handsome young pup who has found himself in the shelter after spending his whole young life in a home. He reportedly did well with kids and with other dogs in his former home and was housebroken. Cosmo’s people described him as quiet, affectionate, and playful and said that he likes car rides. Here’s what volunteers at the shelter have said:

“Cosmo is very friendly, easy to leash, and walks with a mostly loose leash.”

“Cosmo is a happy-go-lucky dog! He is easy to leash up and handle. Cosmo would love to find a running buddy!”

Cosmo recently headed out on a field trip away from the shelter and was described as a gentle, curious lovebug:

“Literally the easiest pup! A little nervous to meet people at first but definitely warmed up to us to the point where he would follow us all around the house. Companion dog for sure.”

Cosmo shares his kennel with another PACC pup and has been social and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Ask to meet Cosmo today!
