The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 5 months old.

I have been at the shelter since Sep 04, 2022 and am ready to go home today!

Velma is a sensitive gal who graduated from PACC’s decompression program for shy and fearful dogs. With a little bit of extra help from a dedicated group of volunteers, she’s feeling braver these days and is ready to continue her journey in a loving and supportive home. Velma, who came to PACC with her sister Daphnie, is just a puppy at less than a year old and should finish growing up with a family of her own. Velma was tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup, but generally kept to herself. She’s looking for a patient family who will give her time to decompress and adjust after leaving the shelter, and a home with a secure yard where she’ll be kept safe and sound. Ask about helping this little girl today!!
