We are open 7 days a week from 12 pm – 5 pm for walk-in adoptions.

When you decide which animal you want to meet, join our virtual waitlist (follow instructions on the sign in front of the shelter to join using your phone).

If you don't have a smartphone, a staff member can put you on the waitlist after we open.

I have been at the shelter since May 06, 2024.

Hello, I'm Jazmen.
Aren't I the cutest husky ever? Aside from my eyes though I am a very friendly gal. I like people more than dogs to be honest, but honestly the dogs here bark a lot! It's not a fun environment to say the least. I love when I can finally go on a walk here and am antsy to explore. I also really like treats so I know some basic commands. Excuse me if I'm a little talkative though - it is the nature of being a husky! And since I'm super excited for walks, I can get a little distracted and zig-zaggy and pull a bit when I see something cool. I also seem to be potty trained but please remember that training needs reinforcement. If this all sounds jazzy to you, come stop by and meet me!
