We are open 7 days a week from 12 pm – 5 pm for walk-in adoptions.

When you decide which animal you want to meet, join our virtual waitlist (follow instructions on the sign in front of the shelter to join using your phone).

If you don't have a smartphone, a staff member can put you on the waitlist after we open.

I have been at the shelter since Apr 17, 2024.

Hi there! I'm a lively 1.5 year old male, Tri-color Pit Bull mix, and my name's Timon! I am here in the shelter awaiting my furever family so I can go on to live my best life, fetching balls and spreading joy wherever I go. Playing ball is my absolute favorite pastime—I could chase them all day long! Whether it's in the park or in the backyard, count me in for a game anytime. My wagging tail and endless energy make me the perfect companion for anyone looking for a fun-loving pup to join their family. CHECK OUT MY VIDEO and please come meet me!

I also went out on a doggie day out adventure with a volunteer on 5/11 and had a great time! They said I was friendly and absalutely LOVED my sqeaker toys (i do like to destroy them though). They found that I was not dog reactive but that I did pull A LOT on leash and am very strong (i'm just so excited to be out!) so a strong and experienced person would be best! Overall, my volunteer said I was sweet and love love loved people and attention!
