Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Zipporah is a gentle senior gal who would love to find a retirement home! Here’s what her volunteer friends have said:

“Zipporah is a little cutie pie. She knows her name, turning to look up when she hears it. She always has an adorable little wagging tail as she trots around the lake. She is a really calm dog who is responsive and gentle. Super easy dog in general.”

“Zipporah is quiet and gentle in her kennel, sat nicely for leashing,
and took a treat gently from my hand. She is really relaxed and easygoing on her walks. Overall, she is always mellow during our time together.”

Zipporah went on a field trip and got to explore the U of A campus and enjoy a pup cup. She was described as calm, sweet and well- behaved, and she did great in the car.

“Zipporah was really good on the leash with no pulling. She was curious of other people that were around but stayed next to me. She loved the car and sticking her nose out of the window for fresh air. Overall, she's a very calm and mellow dog who would be perfect for someone who wants a dog who is less energetic.”

Zipporah has patiently shared her kennel with a more energetic pal, so will likely do fine in a home with other pups. Ask about Zipporah today!
