Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Hello! I am the sweetest little lady who looooves snacks! I recently had a litter of pups who have all gone to foster and I am now looking for my own furever home. I have great leash manners, know sit, down, come, and I'm learning shake! I love meeting new people and have shown my volunteers that with a proper introduction, I do well with other dogs and would do best in a cat-free home. If you're looking for an adorable petite companion, CHECK OUT MY VIDEO and come meet me!

Please remember that the shelter is a stressful environment; many dogs come to Front Street as strays without any known history. While staff and volunteers do their best to learn about each dog, behavior in the shelter is not always the same as behavior in a home. Keeping the 3/3/3 Decompression Rule in mind is important. Three days for initial decompression, three weeks to learn the routines of your household, and three months to start to feel relaxed and safe in the home. When you adopt, foster, or are a new pet parent, it's especially important to consider.

Cash also went on a doggie day out adventure with a volunteer and here is what they had to say!
" Cash is a sweetheart. I think she enjoyed being in Old Sacramento. Walking on the grass, getting some sunshine and some exercise. She got a pup cup at Starbucks and loved it! She was very excited to be out of her kennel when in the meet room, which was great! She calmed down once we got on our way. She did very well riding in my pickup truck, sitting up and looking out the window. Was calm, but curious. Seemed to like riding in cars. Stayed still not jumping around while we were driving. I think our total time out was about 4.5 hours. I think she was hungry, even with all the treats I gave her. Arriving back at the shelter just in time for dinner! Cash is a great girl, and hopefully she will find a forever family. "
