Samson A546742: Samson is a sweet little puppy who may have had a little bit of previous training before ending up at the shelter. He is a typical wiggly, happy, playful puppy. It appears he may even know “sit” because when I held a treat for a couple seconds, rather than jumping for it, he would sit He liked when I held his little chew for him, so no signs of resource guarding with little Samson! He readily accepted full body handling, and didn’t mind when I carried him through the shelter (puppies under six months are not allowed to be walked around the shelter or outside). I could see this little guy fitting into so many homes that are looking for a puppy. Don’t forget that puppies require lots of training, time, and patience to become their best selves. If you’re up for it, go meet Samson! |
