MAMA (A546238, F, 7 yr, 74 lb, 3/19/24)
Mama is here with a Public Service Announcement: you’re never too old for toys! This sweet senior girl loves her a good plushy toy! She’s not into fetch…jut wants to carry it around. She will drop it for a yummy snack though. She doesn’t seem to know any commands. Despite her being a bigger girl, she’s pretty good on leash with momentary spurts of energy. Atta girl, Mama…pace yourself. She has some issues with her skin/coat with little tufts of fur coming out. It looks like she may have some masses/bumps on her belly/nipples. Due to respiratory illnesses, we can’t do dog testing, but Mama didn’t fuss at anyone in cages as she walked past them on her way out. Despite her age, she has still mastered the puppy dog eyes, that will make you fall in love with her too.


She was slow moving at first, very sweet and gentle. She watched other dogs in the distance but didn't bark or lunge. Then, when I gave her a chance to run she found her energy and did a fantastic zoomie.
