This girl was brought to the shelter after being abandoned by her previous owners, so unfortunately we don’t have any information about her history like how she is with young kids or other animals, or if she is fully housebroken (outside of a kennel environment), or even why they no longer wanted her.
But since she’s with us we will make sure she is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines, so all she needs now is someone to give her a loving forever home where she won’t have to worry about being left behind ever again.
Volunteers state that Shirley is quiet in her cage and comes out easily. It is reported that she enjoys cuddles and playing outside. Shirley is cooperative in being placed back in the kennel most times but will on occasion try to fight with other dogs through the fence.
